Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive Intern, you will be at the forefront of expanding our reach in the agricultural sector. You will bridge the gap between our technical innovations and the stakeholders who need them most, driving growth through strategic partnerships and pilot deployments.
What You'll Do
- Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage with various stakeholders in the agricultural sector, including government bodies, agricultural nurseries, growers, and seed companies.
- Pilot Planning: Strategize and plan for the pilot deployment of our agricultural machineries across different regions.
- Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits to understand ground realities, gather feedback, and identify potential deployment sites.
- Partnership Building: Secure collaborative partnerships that align with our growth objectives.
- Process Optimization: Use AI tools for self-improvement and to build automation workflows that streamline business development processes.
- Technical Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the technical specifications of our products to communicate value effectively to partners.
Requirements
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Motivation: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- AI Literacy: Familiarity with modern AI tools like Lovable, Claude Code, and Codex for enhancing productivity and streamlining workflows.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential. Familiarity with Marathi and other Indian languages is a significant plus.
- Mobility: Willingness to conduct field visits as required.
