1. Shipping Coverage

Grafito Innovations ships shop products worldwide, including the CANStepper adapter board and EasyGraft. We are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time.

Current shipping coverage includes:

• Worldwide delivery from the official Grafito shop
• Pan-India delivery for shop products
• Specialized shipping for agricultural equipment
• Local delivery in Kerala and surrounding states

2. Processing Time

Order processing times vary by product type:

• Standard Products: 1-2 business days
• Custom Equipment: 5-15 business days
• Bulk Orders: 7-21 business days
• Training Materials: 1-3 business days

Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

India orders paid through Cashfree keep the existing INR shipping shown at checkout. EasyGraft has a flat additional shipping fee of ₹100 per India order. Other India shop products show their shipping cost on the product page and at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

• Product weight and dimensions
• Delivery location and distance
• Shipping method selected
• Special handling requirements

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
• SMS updates on delivery status
• Real-time tracking through our courier partners
• Delivery confirmation and receipt

6. Delivery Requirements

For successful delivery, please ensure:

• Accurate and complete delivery address
• Available contact person during delivery hours
• Adequate space for equipment delivery and installation
• Road accessibility for delivery vehicles

For heavy equipment, our team will coordinate with you to schedule the most convenient delivery time.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

• Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of damaged items and packaging
• We will arrange for replacement or refund
• Insurance coverage available for high-value items

The official Grafito shop ships worldwide. International customers pay in USD through PayPal. International orders include:

• EasyGraft, IoT Controlled Humidifier, and CANStepper / NEMA 17 controller
• Shipping time: 10-21 business days after dispatch
• Per-product international shipping is shown on the product page and at checkout
• Bulk orders may ship at a higher freight rate, also shown at checkout
• These PayPal shipping charges do not apply to Cashfree / India checkout
• Customer responsible for customs duties and taxes
• Export documentation assistance provided

9. Force Majeure

Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, transportation strikes, or government restrictions. We will communicate any such delays promptly.
