Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

At Grafito Innovations, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

• Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
• After Shipping: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to follow our return process once you receive the item.
• Custom Orders: Orders for customized or made-to-order equipment cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

2. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure you are satisfied with our products. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refunds.
• Processing Time: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Returns and Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately for an exchange.

• Defective Items: We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at hello@grafito.in with details and photos of the defect.
• Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
